I’m William K. Malina a USMC Vet and the Owner, Cinematographer, Chief Editor & Producer of MCD MultiMedia. Born and raised in Kalihi, O’ahu, my video production career started in 2016 filming with an old cell phone, laptop and editing program in filming a documentary of Hawai’i Homeless telling their story of the rigors of life living on the streets in paradise and thus became the birth of MCD MultiMedia, (Malina Creative Designs).
MCD Weddings started in late 2016 with an exciting new venue added to our product and service line for our clientele base. Our cinematic and artistic style of cinematography is designed to capture the Bride & Grooms wedding day with a unique, breathtaking and true reflection of their romantic love for each other.
One of my best qualities on Filming weddings and listening to the couples sharing their story is the attention to detail I take pride in. Filming wedding videos is an honor to be a part in creating a masterpiece telling the story of the Brides & Grooms special day. To have the opportunity to bring that to life is why I love and blessed in the field of work I do as a Wedding Cinematographer.
After years of filming weddings solo I am honored and proud to introduce our new members to team MCD Weddings....Matthew Naki, aka "Bradda Matt". His vast knowledge and years of experience in growing creatively whether it's behind the camera or flying the Drone, Matt has that authentic appeal as a well diverse Cinematographer.
Our 2nd Team Member comes from the Republic of Columbia. Sara and her husband Miguel traveled around the world experiencing exotic places. Through the eye of their lens they captured beautiful images of people and their cultures with the most significant in telling the story as photographers.
Sara’s specialty and passion as a Wedding Photographer has propelled her too heights in connecting with her clients capturing their emotions in telling their love story on the most important day of their lives together, celebrating as Husband & Wife.
With her first passion being Photography “Sara Rodriguez" brings to our team a fresh, energetic and unique style of her love in captivating the work she creates as a Photographer. We look forward in combining both sides of our skills and talents for our Wedding Clients.

Matthew Naki

My name is Matthew K. Naki. I am a student currently attending University of Hawai'i at West Oahu and am currently working on my Bachelors of Science in Creative Media and TV Production. Born and raised in the heart of Oahu, my earliest memories of creating content was my Digital Media class in middle school, but my interest in cinematography didn't really begin to develop until I was a sophomore attending Mililani High School. Around that time is when we were taught by the administration that we should start considering a career. I never really knew what I wanted to do until that point, but I knew I really liked working with cameras and the idea of cinematography was the one thing that really interested me.
During my time in high school I worked and studied under different people and companies such as Mililani High School’s Content Team making videos for the morning bulletin, Cornerstone Fellowship Church (now known as Gracepoint Fellowship) Media Team, and TV-2 Army News Network.
Once I graduated I set my ambitions on completing my passion, starting small with classes at Leeward Community College and graduating with my Associates in Science in the fall of 2020. Since then I moved on to my current goal of conquering my classes at West Oahu.
As a college student, I have been blessed to work with many local companies and organizations including Kamehameha Schools, Polynesian Hospitality Tours, UCE Wrestling, Kawaiaha’o Church, Iolani Palace, Kualoa Ranch, 2021 Miss Hawai’i Volunteer Pageant and many more, creating content that both narratively drives the focus and shines a light on their goals.
Now I join my colleague and fellow Cinematographer William Malina on working together in creating narrative cinema for MCD Multimedia and MCD Weddings. Through creative use of camera and drone, I believe our ideas and narrative mindsets will set us apart from the others.
